A challenge to kick start 2023 as we bring you a series with a blend of Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and Mindfulness classes to get you sweating, moving, breathing and feeling more energised.

How does it work and how do I join?

Challenge runs from Monday 24th January – Sunday 6th February.

We’re partnering with EveryBody to giveaway hats, activewear and journals.

You can do this challenge anytime, but to participate in the giveaway – you must complete a class each day within the challenge period.

Free for all members (any membership pass) to join the challenge, simply complete a class day and you’ll go into the draw to win.

If you’re not a member, you can try start your free 7 day trial and continue on any membership pass to go in the draw to win.

We have curated a list of classes for each day of the challenge, but we understand this may not suit everyone.

Day 1: Journey Into Power Flow

Day 2: Pilates Circuit: Core

There is nothing like pilates to pump up the 'Powerhouse' of your body: the core, deep abdominals, hips, glutes and lower back will reap the reward.

Day 3: Partner Fit 1

ISOFIT (Isolation Fitness) is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This special edition is a full body PARTNER workout, so grab your friend and let's get moving!

Sweat off the stress with this short & sweet sweaty yoga flow and leave feeling strong & empowered.

Energy is your currency and here we invest it in the whole body with this full body HIIT workout that definitely packs a punch.

A short reset when you need it the most. Reset stress, tension and overwhelm in this short meditation.

Day 8: Build Strength To Float

Get ready to bring the heat onto your yoga mat as we work to strengthen the core, explore some drills, flow, sweat and sparkle!

Day 9: Ignite Your Strength

Change things up and challenge your workouts with this total body strength and conditioning fitness session. Sweat today, smile tomorrow!

Day 10: Power Vinyasa For Strength

Move through this dynamic, strength focused yoga practice. Flowing with breath and working to build strength and stability.

Day 11: Booty Burn (intense)

Power up your lower half with this pilates class working all areas of your glutes.

Day 3
Day 12: Skulpt & Flow

We flow through this yoga class with a focus on strength training, full body sculpting & inversion play with enough stretchy time to leave you feeling balanced.

Day 4
Day 13: Full Body Power Pilates Workout

This one is a sweaty one, designed to build a lot of heat and get the heart rate up. It's a full body pilates workout with minimal breaks.

Day 14: Return To Balance

If we realised how powerful our thoughts are, we would never think a negative thought. This short meditation witll calibrate you back to your centre, creating harmony in the nervous system and clarity in the mind.
